NEW DELHI: The Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (GBSHSE) has revised the final date sheet of Class 10 and Class 12 second terminal examination. The GBSHSE Class 10 exam date sheet was revised owing to requests from some of the heads of schools and headmasters’ forum. While changes in the exam date for the GBSHSE Class 12 exam was made due to a clash with the IIT entrance exam Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main 2022) which was scheduled to be conducted between April 16 and 21.
According to a circular released by the Goa board, the exam dates of certain subjects in the GBSHSE Class 10 exam has been changed. The science and general science subjects which were scheduled to be held on April 5 has been rescheduled to April 21. The first language exam to be held on April 7 will be conducted on April 11. Mathematics level 2 will be held on April 7 instead of April 11 and data processing has been rescheduled to be held on April 5 instead of April 21.

Students are also given 15 minutes extra time for attending science and mathematics subject exams.
For GBSHSE Class 12 exams, the biology and geology exams will be conducted on April 8, instead of the earlier scheduled date of April 16. The computer science examination will be conducted on April 12 and the Marathi language 2 on April 23, said the Goa board. The circular also said that there will not be any change in the Goa board exam date-sheet of the GBSHSE vocational stream.

The date sheet is likely to be revised again as the JEE Main exam is rescheduled by the National Testing Agency (NTA) to avoid clash with board exams.
