GUJARAT PG 2019 medical application form released; check application process and other details here

New Delhi, March 12: The Admission Committee for Professional Postgraduate Medical Courses (ACPPGMEC), the conducting body for admission to 50% state quota seats, has released the application form of Gujarat PG 2019 on March 12. The application form is available in online mode and is open to NEET PG 2019 qualified candidates only. Last date to submit completed applications is March 16.   

Under 50% AIQ, admission to MD. MS, and PG diploma courses will be offered at 15 participating  medical colleges in the state of Gujarat.

The counselling for remaining 50% All India Quota seats will be conducted by MCC.

How to fill Gujarat PG 2019 application form

• Purchase PIN online or from designated branches of Axis Bank on payment of Rs. 2000

• To access the application form - Click Here

• Click on New Registration option

• Get registered using serial number of PIN/User ID, 14-digit PIN, email id, mobile and roll number.

• Upon successful registration, the candidate will be access the application form where the candidate has to fill in personal and academic details, NEET 2019 details.

• The candidate will also have to upload relevant documents.

• Finally submit the application form.

If the application process is successful, confirmation slip will be generated containing the registration number and indicating date of application submission. The candidate needs to note the information carefully for future reference.

Documents to furnished at time of filling application form

• Marksheet and pass certificate of MBBS

• NEET PG 2019 result

• Rotatory internship certificate

• Transfer certificate or school leaving certificate

• Registration certificate issued by MCI or Gujarat Medical Council

• Category certificate, if applicable

• PwD certificate (if applicable)

• Fitness certificate

• Necessary documents by NRI candidates applying for reserved seats

Publication of State Merit List

ACPPGMEC will release the merit list of Gujarat PG 2019, which will be category-specific, tentatively in the last week of March. The list will be prepared using NEET PG 2019 marks and will be the basis of counselling and seat allotment.

Note that only such candidates who are listed in the merit list will be eligible to participate in the counselling process which will commence sometime in the first week of April.
