Gujarat PG Medical Admission 2019: Provisional updated merit list released for PG and MDS courses

NEW DELHI, March 28: Admission Committee for Professional Postgraduate Medical Course (ACPPGMEC), Gandhinagar has published the updated provisional merit list of Gujarat PG medical on March 28, 2019, at 05:30 PM. Earlier, the counselling authority released the provisional state merit rank on March 25, 2019. The merit list was released for all the categories including common rank list, SC, ST, SEBC, EWS, NRI and Inservice merit list. Also, the Gujarat PG dental merit list was also released.
Candidates included in the Gujarat PG medical 2019 merit list were allowed to contact the following admission office address in-person if in case of any queries regarding the merit rank on or before March 27 till 4:00 PM. Since, the provisional merit list has been updated by the authority, here are the steps to download and the details which it displays.
How to download updated provisional Gujarat PG 2019 Merit List?

Go to the official website, i.e. www.medadmgujarat.org/pg/home.aspx

The category-wise and a common merit list will be available on the page.

Candidates from reserved categories must download the list of their category, while general aspirants can check the common rank list.

Thereafter, verify the details mentioned in the list and download the same for further admission purpose.
The updated provisional Gujarat PG medical/dental merit list contains the general, category and University rank, All India overall rank, scores obtained (out of 1200), name of candidates, institute from where MBBS has passed and other remarks.
What after Gujarat PG medical merit list?
Once the merit list has been announced, the eligible aspirants will be called for counselling process. In order to participate for seat allotment procedure, candidates have to fill their preferences of colleges and specialities. Based on the state merit rank, choices of colleges and courses filled, seats availability, reservation criteria and other factors, Gujarat PG medical admission 2019 will be granted.
