HP TET 2020 postponed - New dates to be announced soon

NEW DELHI - Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) has issued a notice in which it has stated that HP TET 2020 exam which was supposed to commence from July 26 has been postponed due to COVID 19. Earlier HPBOSE had issued the admit card for the entrance test on July 22. HP TET exam was supposed to commence from July 26 and end on August 9. The new dates for the exam will be announced soon.

About HP TET 2020
Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBoSE) conducts the HP TET 2020 twice every year. However, this year the exam has been postponed due to COVID 19. The entrance test is conducted to determine the eligibility of the candidates to apply for the post of TGT (Arts), TGT (Medical), Shashtri, TGT (Non-Medical),Language Teacher, Junior Basic Training, Punjabi Language Teacher and Urdu Language Teacher.
The HP TET exam was supposed to be conducted at 91 test centres in offline mode. There are two stages for HP TET. In the first stage the candidates have to appear for HP TET exam and those who qualify they will have to get their documents verified, after which they will be offered the position to which they had applied for.
