HSEE 2019 Application begins; Apply before Jan 24

New Delhi, December 12: Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (IIT Madras) has begun application process for Humanities and Social Sciences Entrance Exam (HSEE) today. Candidates interested in applying for HSEE 2019 need to register online for the IIT Madras humanities entrance examination. Candidates will need to pay an application fee for HSEE 2019 in either of the modes-online or offline. The last date to submit the HSEE application form with online fee payment mode is January 23, 2019 while that through offline payment is January 24, 2019.

How to apply for HSEE 2019

Candidates will need to visit the official website of HSEE 2019 to find the official link for HSEE 2019 registration. Candidates upon registering for HSEE 2019 application will receive a login id/username and password to fill the application form and pay the application fees. Once the HSEE application fee has been paid, candidates can submit the application form of HSEE 2019.

Online Payment
Payment by Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card: Candidates can also pay their examination fee online through the different payment modes available. After filling the HSEE 2019 application form candidates will be directed to the fee payment gateway where they must select the mode of payment from the options given and pay the examination fee online.

Offline Payment

Payment by Indian Bank e-challan: A bank challan of Indian Bank will be generated while filling the HSEE 2019 application form. The candidate must go to any branch of the Indian Bank along with a a copy of the e-challan and pay the fee. The candidate are advised to verify that the application numbers with the HSEE 2019 application form on both the copies of the challans are the same as that in the HSEE application form 2019.

Candidates must also make sure that the seal of the bank branch and the signature of the banker are affixed on the challan in the space provided.

HSEE 2019 application process requisite documents

The following documents have to be submitted along with the application form of HSEE 2019.

• Scanned copy of 10th Class Public Examination certificate 
• Scanned copy of 10+2 Class mark sheet (if already passed 10+2 examination)
• Scanned copy of category certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL-Undertaking) 
• Scanned copy of PwD/Dyslexia/Scribe certificate, if applicable
• Scanned photograph and signatures of the candidate

About HSEE

HSEE 2019 will be administered by IIT Madras partly in computer-based and partly offline mode on April 21, 2019. The IIT Madras Humanities and Social Sciences Examination will be held in 16 cities across India for admissions to the postgraduate programmes on offer in the IIT.
