NEW DELHI: Institute of Banking Personnel Selection started the facility of using smartphones to apply for IBPS recruitment exams. Candidates can complete the application form of IBPS from their smartphones. Earlier, this facility was not available for the candidates. Due to COVID-19 pandemic, the conducting authority offers this facility so that candidates can complete the application process at their home without going to a cyber cafe or using a desktop.
IBPS 2020: Important Tips
IBPS started the facility of using the smartphones to fill the application form of IBPS 2020. However, there are few important tips candidates must keep in mind so that they don’t get panicked if the site is not working.

Candidates must ensure that their smartphone is in auto rotate mode before proceeding for application process.

The official website will not work in portrait mode. Make sure the smartphone is in landscape mode.

Make sure your smartphone is connected with high speed internet so that you can complete the application process hassle-free.
I BPS 2020: Application Process Using Smartphones
There is no change in the application process of IBPS 2020. Candidates have to follow the same application procedure as they used to follow on the desktop. They need to upload photo and signature along with fee payment from the smartphone itself.

Institute of Personnel Banking Selection conducts recruitment examinations for the different posts in banks such IBPS PO, IBPS Clerk, IBPS Special officers and IBPS RRB. The recruitment exam consists of three stages: prelims, mains and interview. Candidates have to qualify in all the stages to get shortlisted in the final list of allotment. Graduates from any stream can apply for this examination. To apply, eligible candidates need to fill the application form of IBPS 2020.
