NEW DELHI: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection will conduct IBPS PO main 2024 exam for 3,049 seats in various banks today. Candidates can download the IBPS PO 2024 admit card on the official website, ibps.in.
The IBPS PO mains exam will be conducted in two phases – the first part will be an online exam that will be followed by a written test. The second part will have 2 questions – letter and essay writing – of 25 marks. The candidates had to appear for the second part otherwise they won’t be considered for the selection process.
The first part will have 257 questions in four sections – reasoning and computer aptitude; general knowledge, economy and banking awareness; english language; and data analysis and interpretation.
The candidates will have to attempt all the IBPS PO 2024 exam in 3 hours 30 minutes. The exam will be of 225 marks.
Candidates appearing for the IBPS PO main 2024 exam will have to carry their admit card along with an identity proof such as Aadhar card, passport, driver’s licence, voter’s card and PAN card.

Candidates who clear the IBPS PO main 2024 exam will have to appear for the interview round. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for the interview round that will be organised by nodal banks in each State. The centre address, date and time for the interview will be mentioned in the call letter, which the aspirants will have to carry with their original documents for the verification process. Marks allotted for Interview are 100. The ratio of online mains exam and interview round will be 80:20.
