IBPS RRB Result 2018 – IBPS announces final result for Office Assistants, Officer Scale I, II & III

NEW DELHI, JANUARY 2, 2019: Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has declared the final result or provisional allotment result for Office Assistants, Officer Scale I, II and III, in online mode. Candidates can check their result at https://ibps.in/. Candidates can check IBPS RRB result 2018 online by entering their registration number/roll number and password/date of birth, from January 1 to February 1, 2019.

Candidates can check their scores/marks of mains examination for IBPS RRB Office Assistants (Multipurpose), mains & interview (combined result) for Officer Scale I, single exam & interview (combined result) for Officer Scale II (GBO, Specialist Officer), and single exam & interview (combined result) for officer Scale III.

Earlier, IBPS RRB 2018 scorecard for Officer Scale I, II and III was released by the authority on December 24. Candidates could download their mains scorecard till December 31. To check and download their scorecard, candidates had to enter their registration/roll number and password/date of birth in the log in window. The result of IBPS RRB mains exam was declared on October 15 for Officers Scale I, II, II, which could be checked till October 21.

IBPS conducts IBPS RRB examination for the recruitment of Officer Scale I, II, III and Office Assistants. Candidates, who apply for Office Assistants (multipurpose) are required to take only prelims and mains examination, while candidates, who opt for Officer Scale I need to clear three stages of the selection process – prelims, mains and common interview. Candidates, who wish to be Officer Scale II & III, have to appear for an online examination and an interview.

For all the posts, candidates are given 1 mark fr each correct answer, while 1/4th or 0.25 marks are deducted for each incorrect answer.

For the recruitment year 2018-19, IBPS has announced 3312 vacancies for Officer Scale I, 1469 vacancies for Officer Scale II, 160 for Officer Scale III, and 5249 for Office Assistants posts. In total, IBPS has announced 10190 vacancies across all these 4 categories of posts.
