ICAI CA 2024: Application correction window re-opens tomorrow at icai.org; editable fields

NEW DELHI: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) will reopen the application correction window for the May 2024 inter and final examinations. Candidates who have already applied for the inter examinations groups 1 and 2, as well as the final exams, and wish to make edits on their application forms, can do so by accessing the correction facility between March 27 and March 29. The ICAI CA 2024 application correction link will be activated on the official website, icai.org.

Candidates can only edit their exam city preference, group, and medium in the ICAI CA application form 2024 through the correction facility no other fields can be edited. The ICAI official notice read, “Candidates of Chartered Accountants Intermediate and Final Examinations seeking change of examination city, group and medium can avail this online facility available at eservices.icai.org (Self Service Portal – SSP) w e f March 27 (10 am) to March 29, 2024 (11:59 PM).”

The CA intermediate examination includes eight subjects divided into two groups. In group 1, candidates will encounter accounting, corporate and other laws, cost and management accounting, and taxation.Whereas, group 2 encompasses advanced accounting, auditing and assurance, enterprise information systems and strategic management, financial management, and economics for finance.

ICAI CA Application Correction 2024: Steps to edit

Candidates can follow these steps to edit the ICAI CA application form 2024.

• Visit the official website, icai.org
• On the homepage, click on application correction link for CA application form 2024.
• You will be redirected to a log in page.
• Enter the required credentials such as application number and password.
• Click on the application form correction button.
• Read the instructions carefully.
• Click on proceed for correction option.
• Edit the application form as needed.
• Review the application form.
• Click on the submit button.
• Save and take a printout of the confirmation page.
