ICAI to declare CA IPCC and Intermediate May 2019 result on August 23 or 24

NEW DELHI, AUGUST 14- The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India will declare the May 2019 result and merit list for CA IPCC and Intermediate on August 23 or August 24 around 6 pm in online mode. As per a notification released by the institute on August 14, candidates will be able to access their result through the official website as well as via email and SMS. It may be noted that result for CA CPT, Foundation and Final have been declared by ICAI recently and result for IPCC/ Intermediate was the awaited one till date.
ICAI has provided multiple ways for students to check their result. For accessing the result online on the official website, any one of the following websites can be browsed:

Here, one needs to login using CA IPCC/ Intermediate roll number along with registration number or PIN. The result page will show details of marks obtained.
Candidates willing to receive the result via email will have to register their requests on ICAI website. The request portal for the same shall be activated from August 18, 2019. For receiving the result via SMS, the following text has to be composed:

For CA IPCC (old syllabus): CAIPCOLD (space) six digit Intermediate(IPC) roll number of the candidate

For CA Intermediate (new syllabus): CAIPCNEW (space) six digit Intermediate roll number of the candidate
After composing the above text according to the respective courses, candidates have to send it to 58888.
The CA IPCC (old course) consists of 7 papers while CA Intermediate (new course) consists of 8 papers. Thus, the result will contain marks obtained in these papers, marks obtained in group 1 and group 2 as well as the overall aggregate.
