NEW DELHI: The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) will conduct the CS Executive and Professional exams from June 1 to June 10, 2022. The CS June exams will be held in offline mode, at over 170 exam centres spread across the country. The institute has also released the admit cards for CS Executive and CS Professional exams along with exam day instructions for the candidates.

How to download admit card for CS Executive and Professional?

  • Visit the official website of ICSI - icsi.indiaeducation.net

  • Enter your 17 digit CS registration number and click on the “Get Admit Card” link

  • The admit card will be displayed on the screen, download and take a printout for the examination.

Instructions for CS Executive and Professional exams

ICSI has released the instructions for CS Executive and Professional exams. Candidates are advised to go through the instructions before appearing for the examination. Some of the important instructions are mentioned below.

  • Candidates must verify the details mentioned in their CS June 2022 admit card. In case of any discrepancy, they should immediately contact the ICSI support desk.

  • The admit card along with the student ID card is a mandatory document for appearing in the CS June 2022 exams.

  • The student ID card must be attested by the authorized official(s) of the institute.

  • If some of the candidates are not holding the ID card due to technical/ practical problems, they may carry any other government-approved ID card such as a passport, driving license, PAN card, UID Aadhar card, or voter Id card.

  • Candidates are required to complete the pre-examination test and ODOP (One Day Orientation Programme) as prescribed, to become eligible for enrollment in CS examinations

  • Candidates should report to the test centre 60 minutes before the commencement of the test.

  • No candidate will be allowed to enter the CS examination hall after 30 minutes of the commencement of the test. Also, no candidate will be allowed to leave the examination hall until the expiry of one hour after the commencement of the examination.

  • The CS June 2022 exams will be conducted in both English and Hindi languages. Candidates must write the test in the language mentioned on the admit card.

  • Candidates are not allowed to carry mobile phones, advanced calculators, study materials smart watches or any other electronic materials inside the examination hall.

  • Candidates can use only black or blue pens during the test. Use of a red or green colour pen is prohibited.

Special instructions due to COVID-19 pandemic

In addition to the above, candidates will be required to follow the COVID-19 guidelines as mentioned below.

  1. All candidates must ensure before reaching the examination centre that they do not have any symptoms or suffering from COVID-19.

  2. Candidates who have tested COVID-19 positive should not come to the examination centre for writing the CS examination.

  3. Candidates must download and bring a signed copy of self-declaration regarding health status for appearing in the exam.

  4. Candidates should maintain social distancing from each other while entering and leaving the examination hall.

  5. Candidates should mandatorily wear a face mask covering the mouth and nose throughout the course of the examination
