ICSI CS Professional December 2025 result declared at icsi.edu

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has declared the ICSI CS Professional result December 2025 today on its official website at icsi.results.shiksha and icsi.edu. Candidates can download the ICSI CS Professional result December 2025 using their login details such as roll number and registration number. ICSI CS Professional Result 2025 Out LIVE.

The ICSI will declare the Executive result December 2025 at 2 pm today. The institute has also announced the toppers list for the ICSI CS Professional December 2025.

The ICSI CS Professional December 2025 session result were declared at 11 am today. Candidates can also download the e-result-cum-marks statement for the ICSI CS professional December 2025 exam through the official portal.

ICSI CS Professional 2025: Passing marks

The ICSI CS Professional December 2025 scorecard includes subject-wise break-up of marks details. As per the passing criteria, candidates must score at least 40% marks in each individual paper and 50% aggregate in all papers.

“No physical copy of the Result-cum-Marks Statement will be issued. The Result-cum-Marks Statement for Professional Programme (Syllabus 2022) Examination will be dispatched to the Candidates at their registered address soon after declaration of the result,” according to an official notification.

However, in case the physical copy of result-cum-marks statement is not received by the candidate within 30 days of declaration of result, candidates may contact the institute by emailing at exam@icsi.edu along with the particulars, the notification reads.

The institute will conduct the upcoming ICSI CS Professional (Syllabus 2022) and Executive programme exams from June 1 to 7, 2026 in the morning session.

In addition, the Restructured Company Secretaries Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) will also be conducted from June 1 to 4, 2026 in the afternoon session for which the online submission of applications will begin from March 1.
