NEW DELHI: The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has issued Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET 2023) exam day guidelines. The computer-based test (CBT) will be held on May 6. Candidates will have to download the CSEET admit card 2023 for May session from the official website, icsi.edu.

The CSEET mock test 2023 for May session will be conducted on May 4 for candidates to familiarize themselves with the remote proctoring process. Detailed information about appearing in the mock test will be sent to candidates separately. It is mandatory for candidates to appear in mock test, the institute said.

ICSI CSEET exam 2023 will be held for a duration of two hours. Candidates will be allowed to appear for the CSEET 2023 using their own laptop or desktop from home or any other convenient place. They will have to login 30 minutes before the commencement of the exam.

“No candidate shall be allowed to appear in the Test after completion of 15 minutes of the commencement of the Test and no candidate shall be permitted to finish the Test until the expiry of 90 minutes of the commencement of the test,” it said.

CSEET 2023: Guidelines

Candidates must ensure that they have a good internet connection before appearing for the CSEET 2023 May exam. Here’s a list of important exam-day guidelines.

  • Login credentials for candidates will be sent by email and SMS before the examination. Candidates will be required to copy and paste the link provided and login with the ID and password before 30 minutes of the exam start time.
  • There will be two levels of verification. Level 1 is capturing the photo and level 2 is verifying the admit card. The AI tool constantly monitors the picture of the candidate throughout the exam.
  • In case of no network connection, network disconnection due to Wifi disabled, no internet connectivity, power cut issues, candidates will be allowed to login again and continue from the last question attempted.
  • Once the question paper with response is submitted, even by mistake, re- examination will not be permitted.

Candidates who score a minimum of 40% marks in all four papers separately and 50% marks in aggregate of all papers put together will be declared pass in the CSEET. There will be no negative marking for wrong answers.
