IGNOU extends last date of re-registration for all programmes till January 31

NEW DELHI: The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended the last date of re-registration for next year/semester-based programmes till January 31, 2021. Students can re-register for the January session in the online mode through the official website -ignou.samarth.edu.in.

The notice stated that only students who have enrolled in undergraduate/ postgraduate / semester-based programmes of two-three year duration are applicable for the re-regusteration. Students can re-register for the programmes irrespective of whether they have submitted the assignments or appeared in the term-end examination of the previous semester.

Candidates are required to go through the programme details and the related rules carefully before applying. Check the following steps before registering:

• Candidates applying for the first time will have to click ‘new registration’ on the portal.
• Provide your correct mobile number and e-mail id to receive confirmation and important updates.
• Use your username and password to log in, if you have already registered.
• Choose your courses (wherever option is given) carefully. Please go through your programme guide for details of the courses on offer.
• Use can payments through UPI, card or net banking to make payment. Students of International Division may use online payment options available to them.
