NEW DELHI: Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has launched IGNOU Degree Management System (IDMS), which is a registration window for the degree delivery portal for the students who became eligible to receive degree, diploma or certificate in the 33rd and 34th convocation but have not received the certificate or have not registered yet.

To apply for the registration, candidates must visit the official website - https://sedservices.ignou.ac.in/idms/. After completing the registration process, candidates have to log in using their login credentials created during registration. Then, candidates have to fill in the required information and upload the necessary documents including IGNOU ID card, grade card or provisional certificate.

After filling all the required sections, candidates have to pay the requisite fee in online mode via debit card, credit card or net banking. The fee differs depending on the degree. Candidates have to pay Rs 600 for master degree, bachelor degree, post graduate diploma and diploma programmes if they have not paid earlier.

Candidates who have completed their PG certificate or certificate programmes in 34th convocation have to pay Rs 200. While candidates who have completed PG Certificate/Certificate programmes in 33rd convocation have to pay no fee.

The certificates of the students who have already registered online for this purpose will be issued shortly by the regional centre or headquarters, if not issued, so far.

The certificates of eligible students of master degree, bachelor degree, postgraduate diploma and diploma programmes have also been forwarded to their regional centre opted by the students. The certificates of postgraduate certificate and certificate programme are available with the headquarters.

However, students who have not received the degree, diploma or certificate may inform the regional centre where their certificates were sent and can apply online to receive the same, if not received, so far.
