IGNOU July Admission 2023: Fresh admission, re-registration deadline extended for online, ODL programmes

NEW DELHI: The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) extended the July 2023 session fresh admission and re-registration deadline. Candidates can now register for IGNOU's courses offered in ODL and online mode till August 10, 2023.

To register for the Open and Distance Learning (ODL) programmes candidates need to visit the official website, ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in and for the online programmes at ignouiop.samarth.edu.in.

IGNOU extended the admission deadline before as well. Earlier, the last date to apply for the programmes was July 15, then it got extended to July 31. IGNOU started the July 2023 registration process on May 8.

The last date for Fresh Admission/Re-registration for all programmes offered in ODL/Online mode for the July 2023 session has been extended till 10th August 2023

IGNOU Admission 2023: Documents required while applying

Before proceeding for filling out the form online the applicant must have the following-

• Scanned photograph (less than 100 KB)
• Scanned signature (less than 100 KB)
• Scanned copy of relevant educational qualification (less than 200 KB)
• Scanned copy of experience certificate (if any) (less than 200 KB)
• Scanned copy of category certificate, if Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe or Other Backward Caste (less than 200 KB)

Candidates can modify any discrepancies found in their IGNOU 2023 registration form by using their login credentials. However, it is essential to remember that only specific changes can be made to the IGNOU admission form 2023 by the candidates. Candidates can request these modifications before the last date for admission.
