IIFT 2020 commences, CCTV cameras installed at test centres

NEW DELHI, DECEMBER 1: The entrance exam for the MBA (IB) that is being offered at Indian Institute of Foreign Trade is now being conducted in one slot across more than 86 test centres across 41 cities. It is for the first time that the National Testing Agency (NTA) is conducting the entrance test in computer-based mode for candidates who are aspiring to seek admission at IIFT

According to the data issued by IIFT a total of 39, 752 candidates have registered for the exam.

IIFT 2020 Statistics

• In order to ensure that the exam is conducted in a transparent manner, NTA has opened a control room and there are 18 state coordinators, 35 city coordinators and have placed 104 observers.

• The authorities have also installed jammers in order to prevent any malpractices from taking place

• None of the late comers were allowed to enter the exam centre

• The authorities did not allow the candidates to carry any electronic gadgets to the test centre. Candidates were not allowed to wear any jewellery also.

What after IIFT 2020

The National Testing Agency (NTA) is likely to release the answer key for the IIFT exam that has been conducted and students might get an opportunity to challenge it. The Result for IIFT will be announced on December 11.
