IIT admissions 2024 will close by July 31, institute-wise class commencement schedule

NEW DELHI: The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) has announced the class commencement schedule for Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) along with the round 2 seat allocation results 2024 for BTech admission. The last round of the JoSAA counselling 2024 for JEE Advanced-qualified candidates will conclude on July 26. Candidates will be able to check JoSAA round 2 seat allotment results 2024 through the official website, josaa.nic.in.
Students who are offered seats in IITs, will have to report and complete registration before the deadline announced by the officials. Following this, IITs will conduct orientation of new students before commencement of classes.
As per the schedule, those who are selected in round 2 will have to mandatorily upload the required documents by July 1 to retain the seat. The online reporting and fee payment should also be completed between June 27 to July 1. The round 3 JoSAA counselling 2024 results 2024 and IIT, NIT cut-offs will be announced on July 4 at 5 pm.
Candidates will have to key in their application number and password in the login window to check the admission status.
