Dharmaraja, Head, Training & Placement Unit, IIT Delhi said, "On behalf of IIT Delhi, we extend a very warm welcome to all the recruiters for the placements and look forward to a mutually rewarding relationship". Anishya Madan, Industry Liaison Officer, (T&P) said, “Initial reaction of the industry has been very positive. We hope this trend continues and translates to good hiring numbers."
Several factors are taken into consideration by IIT Delhi’s T&P unit before starting the placement process. It takes into account the domain of the company as well the job profile being offered, along with departmental and student preference. T&P unit also ensures that all kinds of job profiles get a fair representation in the roster and each and every student gets a chance to be interviewed.
