Organized by the Office of Careers Services (OCS), IIT Delhi, the event will be held on April 10-11, 2021. It will sensitize students about the career options available for them, as full-time roles or summer internships. The two-day online programme will include a job and internship fair, summits, guest panels, workshops, competitions, and virtual industrial visits.

Apart from the job and internship fair (Hiring@Yukti2021) which is exclusively for IIT Delhi students, all other activities are open to non-IIT Delhi students also.

“At OCS, IIT Delhi we try to conceive programs and processes to cater to the career needs of the student community, which would, in turn, meet the talent needs of the corporate world”, said Anishya Obhrai Madan, head OCS adding, “Yukti is our annual company engagement programme in this direction. This year we have expanded the scope of Yukti to include non-recruiting events and workshops as well.”

The initiative, the statement said, not only helps students connect with and understand the culture of the company, but also help them understand and build their own capabilities via competitions and workshops.
