The Technology Students’ Gymkhana which represents the students of IIT Kharagpur is reportedly conducting a survey on the number of students willing to come back to campus. It will share the data with the institute administration to help it fix time slots for arrival of the students and set up quarantine centres on campus.

Moreover, an official told Telegraph India that the institute is also considering resumption of hybrid classes. Dhrubajyoti Sen, dean of students at IIT Kharagpur, said undergraduate students would be called to the campus from March according to seniority, starting with the ones in fourth year and so on.
