IIT Roorkee releases JEE Advanced 2019 brochure; top 2,45,000 candidates to be eligible

NEW DELHI, APRIL 1: Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee has released the information brochure of JEE Advanced 2019. The brochure, which contains important information related to the entrance examination is now available in both Hindi and English language. Candidates can check the details about JEE Advanced 2019 through the released brochure.
According to the released brochure, there are some important changes in JEE Advanced 2019. Due to the inclusion of EWS category, the number of candidates to be eligible for JEE Advanced 2019 has been raised to 2,45,00. However, the total number of candidates can be slightly greater than 2,45,000 in the presence of “tied” ranks/scores in any category.

Along with the other details, the minimum percentage of marks prescribed for inclusion in the rank list has also been made available by the authorities. Candidates will be able to check the information in the official brochure.
JEE Advanced 2019 registrations will commence from May 3. Candidates will be able to register till May 9, however, payment of fee will be open till May 10, 2019.
