Institute of Aeronautical Engineering starts B.Tech 2020 admissions

NEW DELHI: The Institute of Aeronautical Engineering (IERA), Hyderabad has started admissions into full time B.Tech courses for 2020 session. Candidates interested in engineering can find various B.Tech specializations to opt from. The B.Tech application forms are available online on the official website of IARE wherein, candidates will have to pay the application fee of Rs 1000. Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for admission in B.Tech at IARE need to comply with the following criteria:

• Candidates should have passed class 12 with the minimum valdi score

• Candidates should have passed class 12 from Telangana State board or any other equivalent board of education.

Application Process for B.Tech

Candidates complying with the B.Tech eligibility criteria have to apply online through the official website. They will have to provide all the necessary information and apply before last date, i.e. November 1, 2020. Candidates will be required to pay the application fee of Rs 1000.

IERA B.Tech Admission Process

The distribution of seats for B.Tech admissions at IERA is as follows:

• 70% seat allotment is done on the basis of merit for Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET) 2020

• 30% seats are marked for Management or NRI candidates

• In addition, diploma holders are admitted in the second year of B.Tech (20% of intake) based on the merit in the Telangana State Engineering Common Entrance Test (TS ECET)
