JAC Delhi 2025 spot round for BTech, BArch from July 22; eligibility, documents

The participating institutes in the JAC Delhi 2025 spot round include DTU, NSUT, IIIT D, and IGDTUW.
The Joint Admission Committee (JAC) will begin the JAC Delhi spot round for BTech and BArch admissions from July 22, 2025. Registered candidates will be able to participate in spot round by submitting the required documents through the official website at jacdelhi.admissions.nic.in.
The committee will declare the vacancies for spot round for JAC Delhi 2025 admissions on July 19 and candidates will be able to take part in the spot round till July 25.
“Already admitted candidates need not to participate physically in the Spot round as vacancy for spot round are extracted only after upgrading all admitted candidates against the seats left vacant after all the regular rounds (Round 1 to Round 5),” the official notification reads.
The participating institutes in the JAC Delhi 2025 spot round include Delhi Technological Institute (DTU), Netaji Subhash University of Technology (NSUT), Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology Delhi (IIIT D), and Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women (IGDTUW).
JAC Delhi 2025 Spot Round: Who is eligible?
Registered candidates for JAC Delhi who have paid the registration fee of Rs 1,500 and are not admitted in any of the participating institutes are eligible for the spot round.
Those who were allotted the seats in any of the counselling rounds but were not able to report for admission to their respective colleges.
Candidates who have not filled any choice during online registration process and were allotted seats in some round of counselling but the seat was cancelled due to any legitimate reason are eligible to participate in the spot round.
Spot round will also allow candidates who have been allotted seats but withdrawn seat from the counselling. “For B. Arch admissions, candidates who have not registered for JAC Delhi-25 are also eligible provided they have qualified JEE Main-2025 (Paper-II) or National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA)-2025,” the official notification added.

Documents required for Spot Round
Candidates who will be participating in the JAC Delhi 2025 spot round will have to submit documents along with the demand draft. Notably, no candidates will be allowed to participate without the required documents.
- Printout of JAC Delhi registration form (candidate profile) (printed after July 18, 2025)
- Class 10 mark sheet (original and one photocopy)
- Class 12 mark sheet (original and one photocopy)
- Category (ST/SC/EWS/OBC/PD/CW/SG) certificate(s), if applicable (original and one photocopy)
- Medical Fitness Certificate (Refer Information Brochure Section 7.2)
Candidates will also have to submit a demand draft of Rs 95,000 in favor of “JAC DELHI” payable at SBI, Delhi College of Engineering, Bawana Road, New Delhi. No other mode of payment will be accepted, as per the notification.
