Jamia Hamdard begins registration process for academic session 2020-21
NEW DELHI: Jamia Hamdard has started the admission process for admissions into both undergraduate and postgraduate courses. The last date for submission of online applications has been extended to September 6, 2020. Earlier, the last date for application submission was August 25. However, initially, the deadline for application submission was July 25. The mode of application is only online.
Candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria before registering for the Jamia Hamdard 2020 admission process. All of the required details have to be provided in the application form. Admissions will be done on the basis of merit and on JEE Main/NEET/CLAT/GATE/GPAT/NET scores as per Regulatory Council and merit of Qualifying Exams where there are no tests.
The tests, interviews and counselling will be conducted at Jamia Hamdard main campus, New Delhi.
The selection of candidates appearing for Test or Interview will be based on the merit as determined by the performance of the candidate in the test, interview, qualifying examination marks, whichever is applicable.
The list of selected candidates will be available on the website and candidates will also be informed on e-mail ID/SMS provided in the application form.
Any changes or cancellation in the dates of entrance test or interview will be notified through the university's website.
The university has also introduced a new undergraduate programme in Journalism and Mass Communication by the School of Media Education and Mass Communication.
