JEE Advanced 2024 registration dates revised; apply from April 27

NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras has revised the Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Advanced 2024 registration date today, April 10, 2024. As per the revised schedule, the registration process for JEE Advanced 2024 will now commence on April 27.

Earlier, IIT Madras had scheduled the registration period for JEE Advanced 2024 from April 21 to 30. The eligible candidates who will pass the JEE Main 2024 exams will be able to apply for the JEE Advanced 2024 exam through the official website, jeeadv.ac.in.

IIT Madras will conduct the JEE Advanced 2024 exam on May 26. Paper 1 will be held from 9 am to 12 pm, while paper 2 will take place from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Candidates can apply for JEE Advanced 2024 until May 7, with the payment deadline set for May 10. The admit cards for JEE Advanced 2024 will be accessible on the official website from May 17 to May 26, 2024.

The top 2,50,000 candidates of the JEE Main 2024 will be able to apply for the JEE Advanced 2024 to be shortlisted for Bachelor of Engineering (BE) and Bachelor of Technology (BTech) programmes at the top engineering colleges.

As per the age limit, candidates should have been born on or after October 1, 1999, to be eligible. Five years of age relaxation will be given to scheduled caste (SC), scheduled tribe (ST), and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) candidates.
