JEE Main 2019 admit card released

NEW DELHI, DECEMBER 17: NTA has released the admit card of JEE Main 2019 for all registered candidates in online mode. To access the admit card, the candidates will have to provide their application number and password or date of birth. The details about the examination can be checked by the candidates in the released admit card.

Due to heavy rush, the download process is very slow. Candidates will have to wait for sometime before trying.

Steps to download JEE Main 2019 admit card

  • Click on https://jeemain.nic.in/jeemainapp/DownloadAdmitCard.htm

  • The candidates will have to provide their JEE Main application number, password or date of birth and security pin.

  • Click on “Submit”

  • The admit card will be displayed on the screen and the candidates are advised to check all of the details for discrepancies.

  • Download it and save.

  • A print out of the admit card has to be taken out for future use.

Which Details will be Available in JEE Main 2019 Admit Card?

Details related to the candidate and JEE Main examination will be available in the admit card. Information about the test centre, examination date, shift and more will be provided in the JEE Main admit card. The photograph of the candidate along with their details will also be present in the admit card.

Steps to access Forgotten Password

If the candidates forget their password, then they will have to follow the given steps:

  • Click on “Forgot Password”

  • The predetermined security question has to be answered by the candidates

  • A verification code will be sent to the registered mobile number

  • The candidates will receive the password reset link to the registered email ID

  • A new password has to be created by the candidates using the link

Important Guidelines for JEE Main 2019

  • Candidates are advised to take their valid photo identity proof along with a passport size photograph to the exam centres.

  • PwD candidates must also carry their medical certificate

  • Electronic devices such as mobile, calculator, pager and more will not be allowed inside the examination centre. Notebooks, pen/pencils, papers and any types of watches will also not be allowed.

  • Candidates are advised to reach the venue at least 2 hours before the start of the examination.  

  • Candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination hall without the JEE Main 2019 admit card.

  • It is advised that the candidates keep the admit card safely till the admission process is completed.
