New Delhi: National Testing Agency will release the JEE Main admit card today through its official portal. The admit card of JEE Main will be available only in online mode. Students who have successfully registered for the entrance exam will be able to download their admit card by entering their application number and password or application number and date of birth. The admit card is a mandatory document that every student needs to carry on the day of the exam to get entry inside the JEE Main exam hall.
The JEE Main admit card will carry important details like date and time of the exam, paper applied for, name and exact address of the exam centre, exam day details and other important things relating to the exam. The admit card will be applicable only for the JEE Main 2020 January session and there will be separate admit card for the second attempt, which is scheduled to be held in April 2020.
Students will be able to download the admit card by clicking on the “Download Admit Card” link that will be available on the official JEE Main portal. There are two ways students can download their JEE Main admit card - by entering application number and password OR application number and Date of Birth (as entered in the application form).
JEE Main 2020 January attempt will be conducted in online mode from January 6 to 11, 2020. Each day will have 2 sessions - Forenoon session (9:30 AM to 12:30 PM) and Afternoon session (2:30 PM to 5:30 PM). The gates of the exam centre will open 1 hour before the exam time.
