JEE Main Paper 2 Live Updates: NTA has conducted the JEE Main 2020 paper 2 on January 6 in the morning and afternoon shift. The morning shift was conducted from 09:30 am to 12:30 pm and the afternoon shift from 02:30 pm to 05:30 pm (02:30 pm to 06:00 pm for students who opted for both B.Arch and B.Plan) . NTA has set up a total 567 test centres in 231 test cities of India and 9 test cities outside India in Bahrain, Colombo, Doha, Dubai, Kathmandu, Muscat, Riyadh, Sharjah, Singapore. A total of 11,18,673 has registered for JEE Main 2020 January exam out which 9,21,261 registered for B.E./B.Tech, 1,38,409 for B. Arch. and 59,003 for B Planning. On January 6, Paper 2 for B.Arch will be held in 345 test centres and B.Planning will be held in 327 test centres. A Control Room has been opened and 30 State Coordinators, 240 City Coordinators and 600 Observers have been positioned for the successful conduction of the exam.

JEE Main Paper 2 January 6 Live Updates - Afternoon Session
As per the analysis from students reaction, the paper in both the shifts were moderate in difficulty level. Questions in drawing and aptitude was difficult and Mathematics part was easy.

06:00 PM - The afternoon session of JEE Main Paper 2 has been concluded. Students are coming out of the exam centres.

02:30 PM - The afternoon shift of Paper 2 has begun.

02:15 PM - Students are still coming to the exam centre. Gates are closed but they are being allowed on instruction of NTA officials.

02:00 PM - Guards have closed the gate of exam centres.

01: 30 PM - NTA officials are checking the admit card, photo ID proof and photograph of candidates.

01:10 PM - NTA officials and guards are announcing the instruction to aspirants coming to the exam centre.

01:00 PM - Students are coming for the second shift of JEE Main Paper 2.

As per the latest students reaction, the Mathematics part was easy whereas the aptitude part was a bit difficult. The numerical value question were moderate and the overall difficulty level of the paper was easy.

12:45 PM - Entry to the exam centre for afternoon session has started. Guards are frisking the students before being allowed to enter the exam centre.

12:40 PM - Students have started arriving for the afternoon session of JEE Main Paper 2. The forenoon session has been concluded.

12:30 PM - JEE Main 2020 Paper 2 morning shift has been concluded. Students are coming out of exam centres

12:25 PM - Students have started arriving for the afternoon session of JEE Main Paper 2.

09:30 AM - Forenoon session of JEE Main 2020 Paper 2 has commenced

09:27 AM - Students are coming as late as 09:27 AM. Guards have allowed late comers to enter the exam on instruction of NTA officials.

09:19 AM - Guards have closed the gate of the exam centre. Some students have come late and are asking for the entry to exam hall.

09:00 AM - Students are coming to the exam centres hurried. Gates will be closed at 09:15.

08:35 AM - Students are being frisked before entering to the exam centre. Guards and NTA officials are checking the admit card, photo ID proof and photograph of the candidates

08:30 AM - Gates of the exam centre has been opened

08:15 AM - Guards are instructing the every student must have a their JEE Main 2020 admit card, a valid photo ID and one passport size coloured photograph to enter the exam centre. Guards are announcing that no student will be allowed to enter the exam centre without theses three items

08:10 AM - Students are checking the exam day instructions stick on the gate of exam centres

08:05 AM - NTA officials and exam centres coordinators are announcing the exam day guidelines and do's and don't for appearing in the exam

08:00 AM - Students have started arriving to the exam centres. Guards are announcing the instructions and exam day guidelines to the candidates.
