NEW DELHI, AUGUST 22: National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the official dates for JEE Main 2020. The January and April session schedule of JEE Main 2020 has been made available for candidates. Registrations for the computer based examination will begin on September 2, 2019 for the January session. Those candidates who wish to attempt the April session will be able to register from February 7, 2020.

NTA has also established Test Practice Centres (TPCs) across the nation to help candidates have first-hand experience of attempting computer based tests. 4000 Schools/ engineering colleges with computer centres will be available every Saturday/Sunday starting from 1st September, 2019 and more schools/ engineering colleges with computer centres will be added in the future. Registration for TPCs is now open in the official website of NTA. Mock test has also been made available by the authorities in online mode.

About JEE Main 2020

JEE Main 2020 will be conducted by NTA twice a year (January and April) to provide admissions into the B.Tech courses offered by NITs, IIITs and GFTIs. The examination also acts as a qualifying process for JEE Advanced.
