NEW DELHI: After days of speculation, anxiety and eagerness, most of the students and parents took a sigh of relief when the news that JEE Main and NEET 2020 has been postponed was announced. With lock extension till July 31 in most states, the possibility of attending the JEE Main and NEET exams were seemingly difficult and remote. The latest updates on the JEE Main 2020 and NEET 2020 are that the exams will now be held in September. Not just JEE main but also JEE Advanced exam dates have been announced.
JEE Main 2020 exam dates are September 1 to 6 while the exam date for NEET 2020 is September 13. JEE Advanced will be held on September 27. Students are extremely happy and appreciative of the HRD minister for choosing health over exams. Student reactions have been mostly on the happier side. However, some have also shown mixed reactions.

HRD minister, Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ on July 2 had advised the National Testing Agency Director General (NTA DG) and other experts to review the current COVID-19 situation and submit their views on the conduct of JEE Main and NEET 2020 latest by July 3. Since the decision has now been announced, students must study hard and prepare for the upcoming entrance exams.
