New Delhi: National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the JEE Main 2020 January session result for B.E/B.Tech candidates . The result is available in online mode on the official website of JEE Main 2020 @ jeemain.nta.ac.in. Students can check their JEE Main result 2020 by login using their application number and password or date of birth. JEE Main result have scores of candidates in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as well as the combined NTA score and rank of candidates.
The JEE Main scores of candidates declared by NTA are the percentile score obtained after the normalization of raw scores secured by any candidate. Normalization is done to arrive at an equivalent score as the exam is held in multiple sessions with possible variations in difficulty level of questions in different sessions. The authorities have also released the final answer key of JEE Main 2020 result on its website.
Students can check their result with the help of following below mentioned steps
Step 1- Open the official website of JEE Main 2020 @ jeemain.nta.ac.in
Step 2- Click on the result link
Step 3- Login using your application number and password/date of birth
Step 4- Result will be displayed on screen
Step 5- Download the score card and take a print of it

JEE Main 2020 January exam for B.E/B.Tech was held from January 7 to 9 across 233 test cities of India and in 9 test cities abroad. A total of 9,21,261 candidates registered for B.E./B.Tech exam and 8,69,010 candidates appeared for the exam.
Candidates who qualify JEE Main 2020 become eligible for admission in NITs, IIITs and GFTIs and also for appearing in JEE Advanced 2020. The JEE (Advanced) exam is the qualifying exam for admission in IITs and will be conducted on May 17. The April session of JEE Main 2020 will be conducted between April 5, 7, 8, 9 and 11. After the April JEE Main 2020 exam, the ranks of the candidates will be released by taking into consideration the better of two scores of all the candidates appeared in January and April session.
