JIPMER MBBS 2019 registration closes on April 12; Remember 5 points before final submission

NEW DELHI, April 12: Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) Puducherry will close the process of JIPMER 2019 registration on April 12. The examination authority will conduct JIPMER 2019 exam on June 6, for admission to 150 MBBS seats in Puducherry and 50 seats in Karaikal campuses. JIPMER MBBS 2019 application form was released along with the brochure on March 6. 

Only a day is left to fill the JIPMER application form 2019, therefore, aspirants must hurry up and submit it before the last date. Only candidates whose applications will be received by JIPMER, Puducherry successfully will be issued the admit card. While filling the application form, it is mandatory for aspirants to keep the following points in mind.

1. Steps to fill the application form:

The application form of JIPMER MBBS 2019 can be filled in online mode. To submit the registration form successfully, aspirants need to complete the following steps.

Step 3: Fill JIPMER MBBS application form

Step 4: Payment of application fees

Step 5: Printout of confirmation page

2. Last date to apply

The last date to apply for JIPMER MBBS entrance exam is April 12, 2019, till 05:00 PM. The medical students whose application form has not filled the form can submit it successfully after the payment on or before the last date. No registration form will be accepted after the last date and time. 

3. No corrections will be allowed

Candidates must note that there will be no chance allowed to change the incorrect details in the application form. Therefore, aspirants are advised to enter the details in the application form carefully. They should also try to verify all the fields filled before submitting the application form.

4. EWS category has been withhold

JIPMER, Puducherry has suppressed the newly added category of Economically Weaker Section (EWS) from the prospectus. The information brochure earlier released on March 8, had the seat distribution for EWS categories. However, as per the recent notification on April 1, 2019,mentions that aspirants belonging to EWS category will now be considered under Unreserved category.

5. JIPMER admit card 

Only the registered candidates will be permitted to download the hall ticket from May 20, in online mode. The admit card will mention the personal details of students, name as well as address of exam centre, date and time of exam. It is mandatory to download the hall ticket on or before the last date and carry it to the exam centre for verification purpose along with the original asked documents.

6. JIPMER MBBS 2019

JIPMER exam for admission to 200 MBBS seats will be conducted on June 6, 2019. The exam will be conducted in computer based mode only. A total of 200 objective type questions will be asked in the online entrance exam across 120 cities of India.
