New Delhi, September 18: JIPMER, Puducherry has released the application form of JIPMER PG2020 (January session) today, i.e., September 18. Medical graduates can fill the form latest by October 25 after which registrations will close. JIPMER, Puducherry will grant admission to 100 MS/MD seats offered in its institute through the entrance examination. The computer-based test will be conducted on December 8, 2019. It is essential for medical graduates to register themselves successfully to secure a position for themselves in the merit list which will be released on or before December 18. Who is eligible to fill the form?

To be eligible for registration of JIPMER PG for the January session, medical graduates need to fulfil the below-mentioned eligibility criteria.

• They should be entitled with an MBBS degree recognised by the Medical Council of India (MCI)

• Twelve months of rotatory internship must be completed by them before December 31, 2019

• Aspirants belonging to General and OBC category candidates must have secure 55% aggregate marks in MBBS.

• Aspirants belonging to SC/ST category candidates must have secured 50% aggregate marks in MBBS.

How to fill the application form?

The procedure of filling the application form of JIPMER PG 2020 is divided into four steps. They are as follows:

1. Registration: Click on the official link and register to create login credentials.

2. Filling the application form: Through the candidate login, proceed to fill the application form.

3. Fee payment: After filling the form, candidates will be redirected for the payment of application fee. Check the table for the category wise application fee.

4. Printing out the confirmation page: Candidates must take a print out of confirmation page once the application has been submitted successfully.

What after registration for JIPMER PG 2020 (January session)?

Once candidates have successfully filled JIPMER PG application form 2020 they will be able to download the admit card from November 13, 2019. This admit card will serve as the entry pass to the examination centre without which candidates will be prohibited from entering the exam hall. Admit card of candidates will also contain important information like address of exam centre, candidate’s roll number and personal details, etc. The admit card is also furnished at the time of counselling, thus candidates are advised to retain the admit card until the end of the admission process.
