JIS College of Engineering commences B.Tech 2020 admission

JIS College of Engineering has released the application form for B.Tech 2020 admission. The application form is available in online mode. Candidates who are interested in admission into the B.Tech courses offered by the institute are required to submit the application form. Before filling out the application form, candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria laid down by the concerned authorities. The authorities will offer admission on the basis of marks secured by the candidates in WBJEE/JEE Main /CEE-AMPAI-WB.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates will be required to meet certain requirements in order to be eligible for admissions into the B.Tech courses offered by the institute.

Candidates should be at least 17 years of age. There is no upper age limit.

Candidates should have passed the 10+2 exam from the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or equivalent examination from a recognized Council/Board.

Should have studied Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Computer Science).

Minimum of 45% marks in the Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Computer Science) taken together as well as pass in English with a minimum of 30% marks in the said qualifying examination.

Should have a valid rank of qualifying examination (WBJEE/JEE (Main) /CEE-AMPAI-WB).
Application Process
The application form for B.Tech 2020 admissions is now available in online mode. While filling the form, candidates will have to enter some basic details such as personal information, academic qualification, contact details, and more.
Admission Process
The authorities will offer admission on the basis of the candidate’s performance in WBJEE/JEE (Main) /CEE-AMPAI-WB.
