J&K PG 2019 medical updated provisional state merit list released; choice filling to commence on March 15

New Delhi, March 12 : Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) has released the updated Provisional State Merit List of J&K PG 2019 for admission to MD/MS/PGD courses on March 12. It may be mentioned that J&K admission authority had on March 11, extended the deadline for candidates to fill online application form/ produced documents till March 12 (2 pm). A total of eleven additional candidates either submitted applications or produced documents within this period. The merit list is prepared using NEET PG 2019 scores.
Earlier the provisional state merit list was published on March 9.
JKBOPEE has also announced that the choice filling for merit list candidates will be carried out from March 15-20. To help candidates get familiar with choice filling process, a mock exercise will also be conducted on March 14.
Changes, if any, to entered choices will be allowed on March 21 (up to 4 pm).

J&K PG 2019 Counselling
The counselling process will be conducted in online mode, so candidates don’t need to be physically present. Counselling will be open to merit list candidates only, who will have to exercise choice filling and locking. If a candidate doesn’t participate in choice filling process, s/he will not be considered for admission.
The allotment of seats will be based on the merit rank of the candidate and choices entered for admission.
