Download NowNew Delhi, August 22: National Test Agency (NTA) will conduct JNUET 2020 from May 11 to 14, 2020, while the registrations for the test will begin from March 2. These dates and some other details have been released by the NTA in a recent press release. Apart from the application and exam dates, the authority has also declared the dates for the availability of admit card, result, etc. It must be noted that NTA has changed the name of the examination from Jawaharlal Nehru Entrance Exam (JNUEE) to JNU Entrance Test (JNUET).

Thus, aspirants who wish to appear for the online examination can start registering for JNUET 2020 from March 2, 2020. The last date to submit the JNU application form is March 31. The process of registration and filling JNU application form will be in online mode only. NTA will be conducting the computer-based examination of JNUET for 4 days, starting from May 11, 2020.

National Test Agency is a body which is responsible for holding several examinations in different fields. The authority is also responsible for establishing a countrywide network of Test Practice Centres (TPCs) to make the candidates acquainted with the process of Computer-Based Tests (CBTs). It aims at making the students get the first-hand experience and an opportunity to practise such online tests.
Around 4000 schools and engineering colleges with computer centres will be available every Saturday and/or Sunday starting from 1st September 2019 and more schools and engineering colleges with computer centres will be added in the near future. Candidates can go to their remote TPCs and practice the mock tests which will be similar to the actual examinations. This facility is available free of cost, especially for candidates coming from remote and rural areas.
About JNUET 2020
JNUET 2020 will be conducted by National Test Agency for the candidates who wish to seek admission in a total of 37 programmes including UG, PG, M. Phil and Ph. D. courses offered by Jawaharlal Nehru University. The national-level computer-based test is expected to be conducted by NTA in 127 exam centres situated in 32 states.
