NEW DELHI: Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has released the KCET admit card 2020 on July 17. The server issue has been resolved and now the download facility has restarted. Only candidates who have filled the application form and paid the fee can avail the KCET admit card download at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.
Karnataka CET is the pen and paper based exam for engineering admissions in the state. It is scheduled to be held on July 30 and 31, 2020 across 129 exam centres including the new 75 centres set up on account of the COVID pandemic. The CET hall ticket 2020 release date is July 17. the last date to download the KCET admit card is July 28.

Karnataka Examination Authority has announced the kcet admit card download 2020. Candidates can go to cetonline.karnataka.gov.in for KCET hall ticket download. Candidates must know that last date for KCET hall ticket download is July 28. The window will close by 5.30 pm on that day.

KEA has announced in the official website (cetonline.karnataka.gov.in) that due to server maintenance, the downloading of KCET 2020 admit card will resume from July 20, after 11 AM in online mode.
The helpline number has been coming busy or with an error message. The technical issue still seems unresolved as the login window refreshes and students are unable to even get inside their accounts. As mentioned earlier, all candidates are advised to be patient and try a later point. Hopefully it should be resolved.
Many students have been asking the government to postpone the KCET exam. However, with the release of the admit card of KCET, it seems like the exam will be conducted as scheduled. The deputy CM also had tweeted the same a few days ago.
The link for KCET admit card is still not rectified. Students are still unable to download the CET hall ticket. The helpline is constantly busy and students are unable to reach out to the authorities to get their doubts clarified.
Students are advised to keep patience till the issue is resolved and they can download their KCET hall tickets 2020. The last date for the KCET admit card download is July 28.
KEA seems not to have clearly checked the exam instructions issued to students. While there were no instructions regarding the precautions to be taken on account of COVID-19 or the arrangements at the exam halls, the instructions also seemed to be copy pasted from last year.

KCET admit card may be used as a travel pass and use any mode available - auto, bus, rickshaw or car. These are the guidelines given in the lockdown rules enforced in Karnataka.
Many students are unable to download their KCET admit cards. While many have been able to download it. For some, the login window refreshes and comes back but does not allow them to login to avail the CET hall ticket. It is not known whether its a technical error or some other issue. The browsers specified are Internet explorer 9 and above and lastest version of Google chrome. However, this also seems to be helping students. It is hoped that the issue will be resolved shortly.

According to KEA, the last date to download the KCET 2020 hall ticket is July 28. The KCET admit card will be available till 5.30 pm on the day. Only candidates who have submitted their application form and paid the application fee will be able to avail the kea.kar.nic.in hall ticket 2020 and appear for the CET exam 2020 on July 30 and 31.
