The undergraduate exam also known as UGCET 2024 was conducted on April 18 and 19 in two shifts. Candidates who appeared for the exam have been given an opportunity to raise objections against the questions till April 27.

The exam was marred with several changes. KEA allowed registration and fee payment to candidates who missed to apply till April 12. Many aspirants had only selected the National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) and did not apply for CET for engineering. The exam authority had said that it will not issue admit card for such candidates.

KEA also informed earlier that it will provide the facility to edit the application form after the conduct of entrance exam.

KCET 2024 registration commenced from January 10. The application form was not available from January 13 to 17. The last date was extended till February 20. The application window was reopened from March 12 to 15 and then again on March 30.

The exam was initially scheduled for April 20, 21 but was advanced to April 18, 19 due to clash with NDA exams.
