KEAM 2025: CEE opens facility to submit marks, rectify defects in reservation documents

Download EBookThe Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala has commenced the facility to submit marks obtained in physics, chemistry, and mathematics in plus two exams for the preparation of KEAM rank list 2025 for engineering. Candidates can upload marks online on the official website, cee.kerala.gov.in by 3 pm on June 2, 2025.

CEE has also issued a list of candidates who have defects in their documents regarding reservation. Such applicants can view their errors under the ‘memo details’ menu. The last date for uploading the necessary documents online to rectify the defects is June 2, 2025.
“No later opportunity will be given to rectify the defects. For those students who fail to rectify the defects in their Nativity documents within the stipulated time, their communal and special reservation benefits will be cancelled,” CEE clarified.
Those students who did not study chemistry in Kerala second year can submit their marks in computer science, biotechnology, or biology. “Applicants who do not submit the marks online will not be considered for the preparation of Engineering rank list 2025,” said CEE.
KEAM 2025 marks entry
CEE informed that the details of candidates including the board of examination, year of passing, registration number, and marks obtained will be displayed online. Students will be required to verify the displayed marks with the original marksheets and confirm them by clicking on ‘submit mark data’.
If the marks shown on the portal differ from the actual marks given in the mark list, candidates can edit the marks using the ‘change’ button and can enter the actual marks of the subjects. Also, if the marks data is not available, candidates will have to enter the marks. After successful submission of the mark data, candidates can download the ‘Mark Submission Confirmation Report’.
“The Plus-two mark data, the Board of examination, year of pass in each subject, the marks secured and the maximum marks submitted by the candidates for the preparation of Engineering rank list will be verified with the original mark list at the time of admission by the admitting authority,” CEE added.
