Maharashtra PG medical 2019 registration begins; know the steps to apply online

NEW DELHI, February 25: Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER), Maharashtra has begun the online registration process for Maharashtra PG medical admission 2019. The candidates seeking admission in postgraduate courses in the discipline of medicine in the state of Maharashtra are required to fill the online application from February 25 until March 5, 2019. Aspirants who will register themselves online will also have to upload the list of documents as specified by the authorities. The registered applicants will be invited for a document verification process at the list of centres made available by the authority.
Maharashtra PG medical application form 2019 are invited for admission to around 456 MD, 138 MS and 134 PG Diploma seats offered in various government and private medical colleges of the state. It is advised to candidates to read the instructions carefully while filling the online form. Candidates can check the steps to fill the online registration form listed below.
Step 1: Registration - Candidates are required to register themselves online by entering details like NEET PG roll number, name, address, scores secured in NEET PG 2019 etc. After entering the details, aspirants need to provide their mobile number. Upon providing the mobile number, a one-time password (OTP) will be sent to it.
Step 2: Filling of Application Form - Candidates need to enter their basic information like personal, qualifying examination (MBBS), NEET PG details. On the basis of the details provided, the seats will be allotted, thus, it is essential that the aspirants verify the details before submission. Click on the ‘submit’ button after the verification. Note down the password thus generated for further admission procedures.
Step 3: Payment of Fee - After successful submission of the details, aspirants will have to pay the application fee amounting to Rs 3000/- payable only through e-challan.
Step 4: Uploading of Images - Aspirants will be required to upload the scanned images of passport size photograph and signature. It is advisable to upload the images as per the official guidelines.
Step 5: Print the application form - Candidates need to take a print out the application form for future references. Click on the ‘Print’ button to take a print out of the duly filled application form.
Maharashtra PG medical Merit list 2019
The merit list of Maharashtra PG will be issued for admission to 50% state quota seats. While remaining 50% seats from government medical colleges will be reserved for All India Quota seats, which will be filled by Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) based on NEET PG 2019 rank. Only candidates who will fill the online application form and get their documents verified will be included in the merit list which is expected to be released in the last week of March.
