NEW DELHI: Chief Minister of Manipur, N Biren Singh has facilitated the youngest student to pass the Manipur 10th board examination on June 17, 2020. A 12 years boy, Issac Paulallungmuan Vaiphei, who belongs to Kangvai village is the youngest student to pass the Manipur HSLC examination. He has scored 72 per cent marks in the Manipur 10th examination.

N Biren Singh, Chief Minister of Manipur tweeted “Delighted to meet and felicitate Isaac Paulallungmuan Vaiphei of Kangvai village, Churachandpur District, who has become the youngest to crack Manipur HSLC (Class X) Examination 2020 at the age of 12 with 72% marks. I wish him the very best in his future endeavours.”

Board of Secondary Education, Manipur has released the HSLC result on June 15, 2020, in online mode at bosem.in. This year, a total of 38,390 students have appeared out of which 25,084 students have successfully passed the exam. The overall passing percentage is 65.34%.
