Try NowNEW DELHI: Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) will conduct the MET 2020 as an online proctored exam from home during August 1 to 12. The decision to conduct MET 2020 as a proctored exam has been taken as the centre based online test is not possible due to the outbreak of coronavirus and lockdown/restrictions.
Also, the criteria for shortlisting students to offer admission has been revised for the academic year 2020-21. Students will now be shortlisted on the basis of merit list prepared by 40% weightage to the marks obtained in class 12 examinations (Physics + Mathematics + Chemistry + English) and 60 % weightage to the marks obtained in Manipal Entrance Test (MET).
The institute has extended the last date to fill the application form of MET 2020. Interested candidates can now fill the application form available online at manipal.edu/met

MET 2020 Important Dates
- Online Test Slot Booking Schedule: July 21, 2020
- MET 2020 Test Duration: 2.5 hours / 150 minutes
- MET 2020 Test Slots: 9 AM to 11.30 AM, 12.30 PM to 3 PM, 4 PM to 6.30 PM
- MET 2020 Test Schedule: August 1 to 12, 2020
- MET 2020 Rank List Announcement: August 14, 2020
- B.Tech Common Counseling (Online): August 16 Onwards
Candidates registered for the MET 2020 will receive messages on their email ID mentioning the details on how to proceed with the test, requirements of laptop/computer and other basic information in due course of time.
