New Delhi, April 3: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the admit card of NEET 2019 on April 15. It will be available in online mode for all candidates who have successfully completed the application submission process, including payment of exam fee. An important document for sitting in NEET 2019 exam, the admit card will carry important information like the name and roll number of the candidate, date and time of the exam, and exam centre details. Any candidate who doesn’t bring the admit card with them will not be allowed inside the exam venue. 

Also, along with the admit card the candidate must also bring a valid photo ID with them.

NEET 2019 exam is slated to be conducted in pen and paper mode on May 5 (2-5 pm). The result of the exam will be declared on June 5.  

How to download NEET 2019 Admit Card

  • Got to the official website and click on admit card download link

  • A log-in panel will open. Log-in using registration number, date of birth, and security code displayed on screen.

  • Upon successful login, the admit card will be displayed on screen.

  • Download and take a printout of the admit card.

What details will be displayed on Admit Card of NEET 2019 


  • Roll number

  • Registration number

  • Date of birth

  • Gender

  • Category

  • Exam centre number and address

  • Date and time of the exam

  • Name of candidate’s parents


In addition, the admit card will also carry exam day guidelines. The admit card will also have a space where the candidate will have to affix a photograph (which should be the same as the one uploaded in the NEET 2019 applIcation form).

Particulars

Description

Reach the exam centre on time 

To accommodate for frisking, bio-metric verification and any other formalities.

Follow the dress code

Clothes: Wear light clothes and avoid full-sleeve clothes.  

Footwear: Wear slippers and sandals with low heels allowed. Also avoid wearing shoes.

Jewellery: Items like earrings, rings, pendants, necklaces, and any other metallic items are not allowed. 

Don’t carry these items

Electronic gadgets, stationery items, watches, jewellery and eatables are not allowed inside the exam hall. Pen and pencils are also not allowed, and will be provided to the candidate inside the exam hall by exam authorities.



In fact, it is recommended to do a recce of the venue a day or so before the exam, especially if the candidate is unfamiliar with the exam venue. This will inform the candidate about the location, travel time and traffic behaviour.
