NEET 2020 application correction window re-opens from July 4 to 15

NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has re-opened the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test- NEET 2020 application form correction window on July 4 at ntaneet.nic.in. Registered aspirants will be able to edit/modify their particulars and choice of exam cities through the correction window till July 15, 2020, up to 5:00 PM and the submission of the fee can be done up to 11:50 PM.

The decision of re-opening the NEET correction window is taken after several requests received by the aspirant regarding the correction in the particulars and choice of centre cities in the NEET 2020 application form. Candidates must know that any modifications after the closing of the correction window will not be accepted by the authority in any case. Candidates are required to login to their applicant portal by entering application number and password, to edit details in the application form. • Visit the official website of NTA i.e. ntaneet.nic.in

• Click the candidate login portal

• Enter the application number and date of birth

• Click on the link stating "Click here for corrections in NEET (UG)-2020 Application’.

• After opening the application form, aspirants can edit/delete/modify the details.

• In this step, aspirants need to cross-check the edited fields from the preview section.

• Enter the One Time Password (OTP) which candidate will receive on their registered mobile number or mail ID along with the security pin for final submission.

• Candidates are advised to take a printout of the correction slip by clicking on 'click here to print this page.

• Personal Details (Father’s/mother’s name, date of birth, gender, birthplace, eligibility for 15% AIQ, ID card details among others)

• Address details (Permanent, correspondence address and contact details)

What after the correction window?

Applicants whose applications will be accepted by the authority can download admit cards after August 30, 2020. NTA will be conducted for admission to 82,926 MBBS, 26,949 BDS, 52,720 AYUSH and 525 BVSc & AH offered by respective colleges across India.
