NEW DELHI: The Directorate General of Health Sciences (DGHS) on behalf of the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) will start the registrations for NEET UG counselling 2020 round 2 from today i.e November 20 at mcc.nic.in. The round 2 counselling was earlier scheduled to commence from November 18, however, postponed due to the revision of seat matrix owing to the addition of seats reserved for Wards of Insured Persons (IP Quota) in the final number of MBBS/BDS seats.

As per the revised schedule released by MCC for NEET-UG 2020 counselling, candidates will now be able to register for round 2 until November 23, 08:00 PM, while the choice filling will be available till November 24 up to 11:59 PM. NEET UG 2020 counselling is conducted for admission to 15% seats in all government medical and dental colleges and 100% seats in Deemed and Central University, ESIC, AFMC, AIIMS, and JIPMER seats. To register for NEET-UG counselling 2020 round two, candidates must follow the instructions mentioned below.
After the successful registration and choice filling process of NEET counselling 2020, the concerned authorities will conduct the seat allotment process and then release the round 2 result. The result for round 2 will be released based on the choices filled by the candidates in the choice filling session, NEET 2020 scores and seat availability. Candidates should know that NEET counselling 2020 round 2 result will be released in the PDF format and will mention the name of the candidate and the college/Institue allotted to them.
Candidates who will be mentioned in the round 2 seat allotment result of NEET counselling 2020 will have to download the seat allotment letter and must report to the allotted college to complete the rest of the admission formalities.
