NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the OMR sheet of National Eligibility cum Entrance Test or NEET UG 2021 on the official website - neet.nta.nic.in. A scanned copy of NEET 2021 OMR answer sheet PDF by NTA has been sent to the registered email ID.

NEET-UG OMR sheet displays the responses marked by the aspirants in the medical entrance examination. NTA has also released the NEET official answer key 2021 on the official website. Using the NEET OMR sheet and answer key, candidates can calculate the expected scores to be obtained in the NEET exam.
Go to the official website - neet.nta.nic.in
Click on ‘View and challenge answer key, OMR and record response’ link
Enter the NEET application number, password and security pin
Click on ‘View/Challenge OMR’
The question number and answers marked will be displayed on the screen
Click on the boxes before the NEET question number to challenge each one
Provide the correct answer which student think was marked by them
Similarly, candidates can challenge the number of questions in NEET OMR sheet PDF
Click on ‘submit’ button and read the message about final submission carefully
Once done, pay the NEET OMR answer sheet challenge fee of Rs 200 per question in online mode
NTA has released the NEET official answer key and OMR sheet. Candidates can calculate their approximate scores using the NEET OMR sheet and answer key. As per the NEET marking scheme, four marks to be awarded for each correct answer and one mark to be deducted for every wrong attempt. Using the marking scheme and below mentioned formula, aspirants can evaluate their marks.

NEET scores = Total correct answers X 4 - Total wrong answers X 1 |
NTA will close the process to challenge the NEET OMR sheet and answer key on October 17, 2021, at 9 pm. After that, the NEET result date will be announced by NTA official website - neet.nta.nic.in. NEET 2021 result will be announced in the form of a scorecard along with the cut off.
