NEET PG & MDS Counselling 2019: MCC releases second round result a day before the schedule

NEW DELHI, April 11: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has announced the NEET PG & MDS counselling 2019 result of second round on April 11, a day before it was expected to be announced. Wtth the declaration of round two seat allotment list, MCC has also provided an opportunity to qualified candidates to send them any query regarding the result on mccresultquery@gmail.com. The final NEET PG & MDS seat allotment 2019 result to be published on April 12, tentatively. MCC has also withdrawn the online registration, candidate login and allotment letter link from the website.

The result is available in the form of PDF format, mentioning the All India Rank (AIR), quota, institute and category allotted, remarks (whether seat is upgraded or fresh allotted) and result of round one. The result has been released for admission to 50% All India Quota seats and all seats in Deemed and Central Universities.

  • The provisional result for medical and dental courses is available in the ‘Download’ section.

  • Open the allotted list of round two and search for the All India Rank.

  • Download the result for further references.

Final NEET PG/MDS counselling result 2019

The final allotment list is scheduled to be announced on April 12. With the release of provisional result a day before, MCC has extended the provision for candidates to report any sort of discrepancies in second round allotment list released. 

Along with the final result, DGHS will release the allotment letter for round two. In order to download the allotment letter, medical graduates need to enter their stream (medical/dental), round number, roll number and provided security pin.

Who were eligible?

The eligible medical/dental graduates who registered themselves or aspirants who were opted for upgradation in round one were allowed for the second round of NEET PG/MDS seat allotment.

What after NEET counselling?

Aspirants who have been allotted a seat must report at the respective college with the original documents for verification, payment of tuition fees and completion of admission process. After the second round is over, the seats which are left vacant will be transferred to the respective state counselling authorities on April 22, 2019, at 06:00 PM for 50% AIQ seats. While, the MCC will conduct mop-up round only for vacant seats in Deemed and Central Universities.
