National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the final answer key also on neet.nta.nic.in. As per the NEET 2021 toppers list, all top 3 rank holders scored 720 out of 720. Mrinal Kutteri, Tanmay Gupta, and Karthika G Nair share AIR-1. NEET qualifying cutoff scores has been announced by NTA with the results.

NTA has released the NEET final answer key PDF 2021 on the official website. The final answer key is prepared on the basis of the objections raised by the candidates. NEET result 2021 has been prepared on scores compiled on the basis of the final answer key.

Candidates who appeared for the NEET exam on September 12, 2021, can download the NEET 2021 result in the form of a scorecard. NEET scorecard 2021 will mention overall and subject-wise marks, percentile scores, merit rank, qualifying status, and cut-off marks. NEET minimum qualifying percentile and scores must be obtained to pass the medical entrance exam and seek admission in medical courses. As per the official NTA notice, a copy of the NEET scorecards will be sent to the registered email ID of the students.

NTA has declared the NEET toppers list. It has also published the NEET-UG result press release with the result statistics like state-wise, gender-wise and category-wise number of candidates registered and appeared. NEET 2021 has three candidates with AIR 1. They are Mrinal Kutteri, Tanmay Gupta and Karthika G Nair.
The qualified candidates will be called for NEET 2021 counselling process for admission to 15% All India Quota (AIQ), 85% state quota seats, deemed/central universities, ESIC/AFMS institutes, AIIMS and JIPMER. The admission to MBBS and BDS courses will be done on the basis of NEET results, choices of colleges filled, seats available, reservation criteria, and other factors.

Use application number, date of birth and password to download NEET result. As per the official announcement by National Testing agency (NTA) on its official website neet.nta.nic.in of the NEET 2021 results, three people share the top spot with perfect scores. However, NTA has not used the tie-breaking system while announcing the topper. Thus, while there are three number one all India ranked candidates, the next position is given as four.

Those who pass NEET 2021 exam are eligible for admission. All Indian Quota (AIQ) seats make up 15% of the admissions to government colleges, and state quota seats account for 85% of admissions. Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) conducts admission to 15% AIQ seats in government MBBS, BDS, AYUSH, BVSc & AH, BSc nursing courses through NEET 2021.
The remaining 85% of state-quota seats are allotted based on NEET scores by state counselling authorities. Admissions to private colleges after NEET-UG are also handled by the state authorities. Candidates seeking admission to state quota seats must meet the respective states' NEET domicile requirements.
Mostly, students who qualify for the NEET 2021 choose the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) New Delhi, based on information shared by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). Last year also, the Top 200 students' choices were AIIMS, JIPMER, and Maulana Azad Medical College. The MCC only shared the data about students' top choices who passed last year's NEET 2020.

Following a score of 100% in NEET 2021, Mrinal Kutteri from Telangana secured the top AIR, followed by Tanmay Gupta from Delhi and Karthika G Nair from Maharashtra. Continuing the trend started by Soyeb Aftab, the top scorer last year.

Mrinal Kutteri from Hyderabad who bagged AIR 1 in NEET 2021 said “I did not leave my hobbies while preparing for NEET. Now that NTA has released the NEET results, the next step would be the counselling process for AIQ and the state medical seats. MCC is expected to announce the NEET counselling 2021 dates shortly for the All India counselling while each respective state medical council/ authorities are also scheduled to announce the NEET counselling dates soon.
