6. 85% of State Quota seats of DU/ I.P University (VMMC/ ABVIMS/ESIC Dental),
7. 100% -Faculty of Dentistry (Jamia Milia Islamia) along with 5% internal Quota of Jamia students
8. 15% IP quota seats of ESIC.

Those who pass NEET 2021 exam are eligible for admission. All Indian Quota (AIQ) seats make up 15% of the admissions to government colleges, and state quota seats account for 85% of admissions. Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) conducts admission to 15% AIQ seats in government MBBS, BDS, AYUSH, BVSc & AH, BSc nursing courses through NEET 2021.

The remaining 85% of state-quota seats are allotted based on NEET scores by state counselling authorities. Admissions to private colleges after NEET-UG are also handled by the state authorities. Candidates seeking admission to state quota seats must meet the respective states' NEET domicile requirements.

Mostly, students who qualify for the NEET 2021 choose the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) New Delhi, based on information shared by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). 2. If the tie is unresolved, then candidates obtaining higher marks/percentile score in Chemistry will be awarded the higher NEET Rank
3. Lastly, candidate with less proportion of a number of attempted incorrect answers and correct answers in all the subjects in NEET 2021 will be given the higher rank.
4. If the tie still remains unresolved, then the candidates will be given the same ranks.
